Review: I took my car into this business for an after-accident repair. They had it 2 weeks, and when I got it back they had the wrong hood latch installed (or the correct one installed improperly), and they had not put the windshield washer fluid spray nozzles back into their proper location, so the tubing for the fluid just ends randomly and I cannot use my washer fluid in the middle of a Wisconsin winter.Desired Settlement: I want this repaired the way it should have been originally. There should be no repair cost for this, as it was their error, and I refuse to go without my car for more than 2 days again. This is a safety issue, I have a 10 month old son that uses that car with me on a regular basis and I do not feel safe driving it.
