I WILL be waiting for my summons to COURT!! This man is very rude and threating. I'm done with trying to help this man out. Getting sick of being harassed as well as my staf! And I will be bringing in video and voicemail of his rudeness and threating to court. Such a shame officers of the law lie like this. Threats will not be tolerated in my business, thanks!!! As per our phone discussion this morning, my claim is now $260 to settle these matters with REFLECTIONS. The photographs show the damage to my windows as documented by the highly professional window tint company which removed the old tint and placed on the new tint. Wow what a difference in the quality of work between REFLECTIONS and [redacted] in Las Cruces. I expect REFLECTIONS to honor their written warranty. The receipt I have simply states “Lifetime Warranty” and says nothimg about the terms of the warranty. Furthermore, unlike the Las Cruces business that warranties all its labor and materials via a wriiten work order and professional brochure that I was given, REFLECTIONS states absolutely nothing about their “lifetime warranty” and they explain nothing. REFLECTIONS were given 48 hours to contact us and tell us when they would be over to remove the tint. It is not about the tint material. As documented on these photographs, it is about the quality of workmanship…REFLECTIONS did a pathetic job, PERIOD. The owner cannot return the film to his supplier and claim the film was defective…it was just a sloppy job of putting the film on our car. The owner refused to call us to discuss the matter or to even show up to his business to meet with us when our car was returned, AT THE TIME REQUESTED BY THE BUSINESS OWNER !!! We did everything that was asked of us, including returning our car on the day the OWNER asked us to return it in order for him to redo the job (that he himself stated needed to be redone). The owner is irresponsible and his lack of business ethic is apparent in his work. If he wants to attempt to settle this matter before I file the matter in small claims court, I suggest that he does so quickly. A\nd I am anxious to see his video that if indeed it exists, it will clearly show what happened when we returned to get our car and were confronted by a rude employee/neighbor/transient????

I am rejecting this response because:1. Reflections is a fraudulent business. The work done there is very inferior as shown by the photographs I have attached. The cuts in the film and the glass on a brand new car were done with a blatant disregard to my property and the contract we had with REFLECTIONS. The film was not defective in any way, rather the work as shown on the photographs could have been completed by any inexperienced individual. It was pathetic, as shown in the photos taken by [redacted] Even before my wife left the establishment after the initial work was done, she was required to return to REFLECTIONS to have bubbles removed from the work that had just been performed.  2. We have done everything asked of us by the owner. We returned our car at our expense and time a second so he could do the repair work. Not only did he not do the work as promised, he has not honored his "Lifetime Warranty" and he has not communicated with us directly (only through his employees). If the owner of the business did not have the film to repair our car the second time, he should not have requested that we drop off the car as we did or even after we arrived with the car for the necessary repairs, he should have informed us at that time that he lacked the film to do the work as he promised and should have allowed us to leave with a rescheduled date. 3. The tint shop that replaced the tint professionally charged less than REFLECTIONS and has documented the damages done by reflections to our windows. They have also shown us many aspects of the defective workmanship done by reflections and have told us it was one of the worst tint jobs they have ever seen. I will be seeking court damages, as well as the damages to my windows as documented on my receipt by [redacted] I will have the vehicle with me at court to show the judge first hand the poor work that was preformed and the superior work that was done the first time by [redacted]  4. I am glad the owner has video of our return visit to reflections and I also hope it has an audio component. This video will show that transient/neighbor/employee???? or whoever it was that confronted my wife and myself on the property of REFLECTIONS when we went to pick up our uncompleted car for the 2nd time, and it will also show that he had no business inserting himself into our affairs. For the record, I am not a law enforcement officer and even if I was, I would have treated anyone who insulted my wife and exerted himself in our business with REFLECTIONS, without proper cause or any authority to do so, would have been treated no differently than the way he was treated. In fact, the owner should have been present himself when we returned to the business  a third time to properly discuss with us how he was going to complete the contracted work and to prevent this unknown individual from being in our presence. My wife will testify as to what the man stated to her and how the exchange between me and this unknown man proceeded after he insulted her in my presence.  5. I want to share this horrible experience with my friends that live in this small town. The fact that the owner did not complete the work as he promised and was given ample opportunity to do so speaks volumes about his business and reputation. Also, the fact that an employee left our new car in the parking lot with our keys on a tire, without talking to us personally, shows the blatant disregard for the customers to REFLECTIONS as promoted by the owner of the establishment. The phone call recording that the owner has (and that I also have) indicates that I was willing to resolve this matter admirably with him at that time, even after my wife and I we had been through so much hassle with REFLECTIONS. We generously offered the owner to come to my home to remove the film that he had placed on the vehicle. He would not even give us the courtesy of a return phone call after we asked for him to do so and agreed to pay him for the materials he used. We simply wanted our money returned to us so we could take the car to a professional tint shop to have the work redone.
