The solicitation was sent via direct mail to the consumers address regarding an FHA mortgage loan solicitation. Mr. [redacted] never applied with our company and no credit report was ever pulled regarding this person. His complaint about pulling his credit are false and have no merit. We have no records that Mr. [redacted] ever contacted our company to ask to be removed from are mailing list. The following actions have been taken, we have removed thisconsumer from our mailing list.Please feel free to contact me with additional questions as needed [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]Vice President Tell us why here...
