I am rejecting this response because:I have attached the text from the office manager that told us everything
was included for amount of 172,722. including the for plumbing that we had to pay to keep a lien from being placed on our home. I also can provide audio proof that business said they were paid in full. The text I sent was in an effort to get a response from the business as for weeks we would get no reply. The last day they had someone here they fell through the kitchen ceiling, patched it and left. The showers were left with no way to keep water in. If you look at the contract it was very vague. But she scheduled glass people to come and then quit. The walls were left with big texture marks. You can still see screws showing that hold up sheetrock. In the beginning when the bid was signed I questioned signing it because we had no clue how much we would receive through insurance. I was told it was just to agree we were using them. Throughout the remodel any time we questioned the business the owner(*** ***) would get upset. At times throwing fits and cussing. There were several witnesses to this. We have had several issues with this remodel. The did venting in roof wrong which let it rain inside the attic, the electrical was done where breakers constantly trip, to keep shower heads from moving they used plaster. The list goes on and on. They quit this job and left it like it is. I am in process of getting bids to redo the shoddy texture and paint as well as having to pay to have shower enclosures. When I sent the text saying we love our home that was true....as we loved our home before the hurricane. The cost of this remodel has been more than what we bought the house for. I believe they should be responsible for the work they do. I just received the inspection from the city which was failed due to issues with electrical that we were charged $27,for. I am still wanting the $for plumbing, $for shower enclosure and the amount we need to have work left unfinished completed and bad work redone. I have several messages that all say the price for everything would be around 172000. I can provide along with audio recordings
