I purchase pureology curl complete from ***. She had me wait at her *** while she went & purchase it. I have used pureology curl complete in the past & it worked great the following day when I used product I bought from ***, it did not work. I told *** right away that I was not happy with her product. That it did not work on my hair. She tried to blame it on my hair color. *** is a distributor for pureology hair products. And when I research the product, I found out it was being discontinued. *** is a distributor & knew it was being discontinued and never told me.

I, *** am the owner
of *** and am saddened to hear of this complaint against the
***. I feel that our *** coordinators have been more than accommodating in
assisting Mrs. with her issue. In response to Mrs. complaint the
following is our statement.
On February 11, 2020 *** came into *** to purchase Pureology Curl Complete Shampoo
& Conditioner. The *** did not have the size that she wanted, as we do
not carry that larger size. She had asked the stylist, *** if she could purchase
Liter sizes of each. As a ***, we do not carry those bigger sizes, they are SPECIALTY
ORDER ONLY. *** told *** that she would be happy to go to the ***s
distributor and purchase them and told her the amount. She agreed and waited at
the *** while *** did that. She came back with the product and *** purchased the products through ***. Our head *** Coordinator
***, completed the purchase for her. The product was purchased by
cash. Within a few days, *** texted *** expressing that her friend worked
at *** Centric and could of gotten her the products at a professional cost, wanted
her money back and that the product was being discontinued. *** said she
was sorry, but it was not her call as it was purchased through the *** and
she would have to deal with them. She advised her to call and talk to them and
even to call me the owner, which she never did. *** did receive a
call and *** advised her of our policy which is posted at our front desk
that we do not refund money but we would be happy to give her a gift card for products
or exchange them for something else for her hair needs. In the mean time, *** has continually harassed the stylist ***, threatening her that she would
post bad reviews. *** had blocked her and told her that if she did she
would take it up in court for harassment and slander. On Feb 20th *** came into the *** and dealt with our other *** Coordinator, ***. Please find the enclosed statement from her. I feel that we have
been very accommodating and professional in dealing with this situation,
however *** has not. She made a scene in the *** on the 20th,
posted a bad review on Google and continues to harass the stylist. We were not
notified until February 18th, 2020 from our Rep about
discontinuations. (See enclosed text screenshot) Just because the product is discontinued does
not mean it is defected. It simply means for the company that it is not one of
their top selling products. The product has not been recalled nor is it defected.
Lastly, when *** came back into the *** on the 20th, the
products had been written on with a sharpie, S for shampoo & C for conditioner.
Even though we do not allow returns on products we would definitely not be able
to return said products as they had been tampered/altered with writing. Please
find all the enclosed statements and pictures for this complaint.
