Reflections Salon

Review: Had the worst experience at the Reflections Dominican Salon in [redacted] on April 21st. Arrived around 12 pm and did not leave until 6 pm. Service requested was rinse, highlights and trim. Stylist Ida was nice demeanor wise but did a bad job with my highlights. I requested brown hair and natural dull blonde highlights. Instead my highlights were bright yellow. I attribute this to them being left on too long while she floated washing and rolling other peoples hair. I was not happy with my highlights but instead of venting and being rude...I asked them how they were going to fix it? [redacted] the owner came over and tried to convince me that this was the color I chose (it was not) then she advised [redacted] to cover the highlights with brown color. She did, rolled my hair and sat me under the dryer for the 3rd time. Once I finished drying [redacted] was nowhere to be found she had left the salon! I sat waiting for someone to notice I was done, finally a stylist who was all packed up and ready to leave took my rollers out and ushered me to another stylist who blew out my hair. I still was not satified with my hair it was a reddish copper color...nowhere near brown with natural blonde hightlights. The worst part of this entire experience was speaking with the "owner" [redacted] who had an attitude and contended that the color in my hair was the color I picked out which it was not! She said the color looked fine with my skin color and refused to take anything off of the service. I told her I did not want to pay for the highlights because I was not pleased with them. She refused saying that the highlights cost $195 and my total balance was $200.I did not even get the trim I wanted. I did not have cash on me and would never ever walk out of a business without paying anything so I paid the $200 via my credit card. I want the Revdex.com to assist me with a settlement where I can get a refund for the amount I paid for the highlights I am not satisfied with. Thanks for your help!Desired Settlement: Refund of the cost of highlights $100+ dollars and a written response from the owner [redacted] who I do not feel is customer service oriented and knew I was displeased with the highlights.
