Our emergency number works and we were in communication with this tenant within minutes of her initial request See attached text communication The claim about whether we have answered calls from our Answering service is impossible for reasons We have not used this answering
service capability for our tenants to speak to a live person for years So that is impossible We did not employ an answering service before we hired just over a year ago I have personally answered many calls from them myself Along with this, if this is true, the fact that the answering service is discussing something they should be sharing with us could be a bigger problem with them and no proof has been shared to prove this claim to us.We also use an online portal system for tenants to put in action items or tasks so we can get them to the right people more quickly All of which we utilized to keep the tenant up to date on the situation The water company, *** *** ***, were contacted promptly and water services were restored as quickly as they were capable of doing it As for how the Utility company handles their services, I have no control over and we did respond to this concerning issue within minutes We were unaware of a disconnect notice, so it was outside of our control to have the services stopped from being disconnected.So at the time of the claim that no one has contacted her within a hour time frame, you will find the attachments to show otherwise We apologized for the confusion as well, however, this is part of the reason we prefer contact with people in writing as it shows our response times and actions we took to get it taken care of The tenant service was corrected as quickly as *** could have responded

There are a lot of assumptions made in this complaint so I will try to address them all one time without going on and on We are not the owners of this home, we have no control over what is offered to a tenant for the mistakes or oversight of an owner The state also allows for
repairs and items to be fixed (depending on the level of the issue) within days of written notice These things were handled sooner than that and at least addressed with the contractors hired to handle the issues We cannot know 100% everything that could be wrong with a home that is recently remodeled No one truly can, until someone moves in and applies (what we call) "natural daily pressure" to the home Tenants we have in homes that are remodeled are normally more understanding of thisAppliances: The tenant was given BRAND NEW appliances Not all tenants receive brand new appliances and the owners are NOT required to give them new appliances The appliances were ordered from *** *** (their delivery services were TERRIBLE this time, and we have stopped using them as a supplier), however, once we are in the middle of getting the order right, it takes more time to cancel the order and seek a new supplier to deliver something already on a truck Again, Brand New Appliances from a Big box store we trusted *** *** refused to give anyone any type of discount, so here we are Air Conditioning: See item The Air Conditioner was stolen from the house and the owner was promptly notified A replacement was bid out within hours and the owner wanted to make sure it went through insurance claim before replacing it Once the insurance confirmed they had what they needed the AC was promptly replaced Again, we are not capable of "making owners" do things We get our name ran through the mud for how things are handled Owner gave the tenant a credit for the inconvenience At the time, the credit was acceptable and the tenant was happy At a later date, the tenant started to demand that Park Place pay for the way that the owner and the supplier handled their business We kindly told them we were not the one in the wrong and everything was being taken care of as quickly as we were able to get it taken care of from the trusted supplier and from the owner's insurance company The tenant became unhappy when we would not pay times the amount already given to him from the owner and therefore filed a complaint against us with the Revdex.com We have extensive conversations saved in Email/Text format available for anyone who would like to see them to see how we treat our tenants The complainant here first threatened not to take care of the home, then submitted a claim of having a hole in the wall So he damaged the wall and submitted pictures acting like we left a large hole in the living room wall When we showed pictures of the completed room with no hole in the place it is now, he dismissed the claim and acted like we made the whole thing up This person is the first person living in the home since the work was done, the pictures are of a completed house with no hole in the wall at that specific location (pics attached) The bad part about being in property management is we cannot change how owners react to things, or how suppliers react to things, or how Big Box Stores care about their delivery services We are trying to be the peacemaker in the middle of someone enjoying their home and the owner of the home We are seeking to make sure that all parties do what is told to them to do We often times have been on the side of a tenant helping them with a hard to reason with landlord, and the tenant is happy We are then on the side of the landlord with a hard to reason with tenant, and the landlord is happy There is just no way we can make everyone happy all the time in this field, no matter how much we communicated with them and sought to get things fixed as quickly as we were able to (limited by owners and suppliers) We also cannot be held ransom for times a credit from a tenant who feels as this one does It's just not good business He did not ask to get out of his lease He did not ask for anything other than just $$$ in his pocket That's not how businesses can work So no, we are not offering anything else and we will not be extorted by an attempt to slander us for simply doing what we could to get things done Please find a few attachments from text conversations had with our tenant and our staff where they were happy with what we had been able to accomplish It wasn't until a denial for more "money" (specifically from our pockets, not from the owners, but Park Place specifically is what this complainant is seeking to have funds paid for) that the attitude of the person complaining here changed This kind of behavior is just not right and we hope we can continue to assist him as we move past this in the event something happens with a disagreement between the owner and tenant is possible Again, we have apologized to the tenant, however, these things are not within the realm of Park Place's professional control which is why a specific payment from Park Place was denied Additional request was submitted to the owner and that was also denied
