Refresh Dental

On 5/2/2019 I had 4 silver fillings replaced with dental composite per dentist at Hebron Ohio location telling me my silver fillings were decomposing. I have had silver fillings before pregnancies so before I was 25. At this time I was 64. I had just moved to this area and my lifetime dentist I had told me my teeth were great and should last my lifetime with my continuing care. He also said never to let anyone tell me I needed to replace my silver fillings. So sorry I did not listen to him. I did not like the atmosphere or cleanliness or friendliness of employees at refresh but Medicare only covered dental chains. So after this one visit for checkup, cleaning and 4 fillings replace I went to private dental group. (So much better and I pay for yearly insurance that they offer. So worth it). Now on 3/1/2022 only 3 years after getting new fillings I am faced with getting 2 crowns because decay got under two of these new fillings. My care of my teeth,medications and health have not changed to affect my teeth. Without my bew dentist actually confirming I definitely believe that these new fillings were not applied correctly and tight into space because how the heck does food get up under the dental composite. My silver fillings were great for 34 years. I made a huge mistake in trusting Refresh Dental and it is costing me much money. Please do not go there if you value your dental health. No way should this have happened in only 3 years

Went to the Muskegon MI. New dentist. Had a tooth filled. Dentist was tugging on the new filling and the new filling popped out, so he had to start all over. Dentist pressed so hard on my face while working on my teeth. Went home with shirt soaking wet. Water was running around my neck. Appointment was Dec 17 2021, today is Dec 22 and my mouth still aches. Not impressed with young dental assistant or the new denrist. Not professional at all. They both were singing to the music they had playing in the office. I am currentky looking for a new dentist!

asked for a price it took me asking times they said it would be dollars to fix a chipped tooth Novocain was not needed took minute's paid my dollars weeks latter got a bill for another this is theft by deception I will speak to them tomorrow if things don't work out I will register my complaint with Revdex.com and my lawyer this is wrong and I will not let them lie to me

Refresh Dental North Lima, Had two teeth filled and when the dentist was done he left a piece of filling not ground down between my teeth . Therefore rendering me unable to floss between them. Also he did not fill one of the teeth all the way up leaving a hole that he ground out without filling. Was told that I needed both teeth Veneered . Went back in two weeks to get my teeth cleaned at this time I confronted the Tech who was cleaning my teeth about the filling problems. My answer:"We will fix those problems when we veneer them." My answer to her was : "If that's the best you and your employer can do ,I don't want anymore work done here!" The veneer cost was to be &1495.00 my cost. I have since gone to a new dentistry office (NOT REFRESH)!

Review: I contacted Refresh Dental at 99 DeBartolo Place in Boardman, OH to make an appointment with [redacted] after confirming with my insurance provider, [redacted] that he is in-network. Refresh Dental (Boardman) confirmed he was also in network and that I would see [redacted] on October 31, 2013. I attended this appointment on October 31, 2013 and noticed it was a walk-in type of dentist office. It took nearly 2 hours waiting before I finally explained to the staff I *had* a confirmed appointment with Dr. [redacted]. The staff rushed me into a doctor who I later found out who may not have been Dr. [redacted]. Later I received a bill from Refresh Dental (New Castle, PA P.O. Box) showing that my insurance ([redacted]) was billed out-of-network. I tried contacting Refresh Dental (Boardman) and the number on the bill 4 times; of which I left voice-mails. My call was never returned yet more bills keep coming. I was given *no* way to dispute incorrect billing. Again, I had no way to dispute the incorrect billing at all.Desired Settlement: I would like my insurance to be re-billed properly, for in-network, by Refresh Dental. I did not approve of seeing another doctor. I scheduled an appointment for Dr. [redacted] who both Refresh Dental AND my insurance ([redacted]) confirmed is in-network.

asked for a price it took me asking 4 times they said it would be 74 dollars to fix a chipped tooth Novocain was not needed took 10 minute's paid my 74 dollars 3 weeks latter got a bill for another 111.00 this is theft by deception I will speak to them tomorrow if things don't work out I will register my complaint with Revdex.com and my lawyer this is wrong and I will not let them lie to me
