[redacted] ,Good afternoon, this is Sean D [redacted] from Refresh PGHWe recently received a letter asking for us to respond to a complaint that was filed by [redacted] The ID assigned by Revdex.com is [redacted] Receiving this complaint was extremely confusing and troublingThis customer had previously purchased an item from us, received the item and then later filed a ‘chargeback’ through their credit card company (even though the package was sent through USPS delivery confirmation and was signed for by the appropriate party).While PayPal covered our end since we had followed all precautions to prevent issues like this, I do believe that they ended up paying for the item due to this fraudulent chargebackI personally oversee all shipping at our company and made a mental note of this buyer’s name and address.When we received a purchase from the same name/address a month or two later, I immediately recognized the information and contacted PayPal to let them know we wanted a full refund to be immediately issued - and it was (this is the first transaction that was in question by [redacted] )Next, another payment was made that we again quickly refunded and let them know that due to their past fraudulent activity we are unable to process their payments or ship to them.We are a very small company and can not afford any loss of money, or holding of cashflow by shipping to someone that we know to be fraudulentAs previously stated, we immediately refunded both purchases and let them know whyWe have full documentation of all of these transactions, if you need to see them please let us know and we will be happy to collect all of the necessary information and submit it to you.We strive to provide excellent service to our customers and provide everyone with smooth, secure transactionPlease let us know if there is any other information that us required.Thank you,Sean D***Refresh PGH

Review: I purchased a pair of sneakers from them 2 months ago. I attempted TWICE to purchase another pair today and yesterday. Yesterday I used a gift card that was given to me. Today I used my debit card and was declined by the business TWICE. according to them I tried to commit fraud which is not true. Instead of telling me that something went wrong with the payment they banned me from the site. Now that happened TWO MONTHS AGO and only now I'm hearing from them. I don't think they are conducting good business. I feel like they should have said something to me months ago when this happened and not after. On top of that I have proof of payment and proof of them saying they are sending me the pair of sbeakers. They have yet respond to my email about refunding me and putting it into my paypal account (amount of $380 US.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $380 to my paypal account as soon as possible. And to be unbanned from the site.
