charged my cc $99.94 0n 8/4 and also $95.94 on 8/4. I only wanted frees sample. which I didnt get . I dont want anything from the company. they are scams. very dishonest company.

On 7/7/2019, I responded to an incentive offer for Keto aid pills. I was informed that this offer would be a recurring order but that I could cancel anytime. On 7/22/2019 I canceled the account and received an email confirming the cancellation. On 7/26/2019 I received a charge on my bank from a company that I didn't recognize. I contacted my bank and they filed a dispute for me and changed my debit card. On 8/23/2019 I received a letter from the bank stating that the dispute had been denied because I was a recurring patron. Between 7/26 and 8/23 I had figured out what the company that had charged me was. On 8/24/2019 I called their toll-free number and was told that they couldn't give me a refund because I had gone through my bank for the dispute. I didn't receive any goods from them except for the trial supply and I don't want any more of the item. I just want my $94.97 back since I had canceled the account and it was acknowledged. I shouldn't be shorted because the charge should never have been made. Thank you for your help.
I have attached my bank statement with the two charges on it. I highlighted them for easier access. I have also attached the only emails I received regarding the product purchase. Please let me know if you need anything else but this is basically all that I have from them. There was no invoice included with the product when I received it. Thank you for your help.
