Purchased their "clean and protect" product from their sales staff located in the *** *** *** ** *** ** for $ Sales individuals acted as a group and answered all my questions about the product and if it was safe for suede dress shoes They confirmed that all of their products and specifically the one I purchased would work well without damaging the shoes
I tried the "cleaner" on my suede shoes and it ruined them They are stained AND the suede fabric is bald and ugly I have emailed the company multiple times attempting to reach out and discuss the issue with them but they won't respond
This is clearly a business that is built around the idea that consumers won't fight back once they realize the product is worse that defective and actually damaging They know that we don't have a recourse outside of expensive court proceedings to bring their cheating scam to light
