Terrible

I was told they would just clean my shoes and leave me alone after I told them I wasn’t interested. Keep in mind, my shoes were brand new! They just mentioned a water resistant formula, but then proceeded to use the “whitener” and it made my white/pink shoes- YELLOW/pink shoes :|
