After sales services and installation services are weak.
Installation of air conditioning unit improperly completed
Thermostat was installed directly below the A/C unit blower making system not efficient.
In attic ceiling cassette was not covered with insulation. Making it subject to excessive condensation and exposed to the attic extreme temperature.
