through a third party Seller. Brite Star did not fill this order nor did it receive any funds. That being said we cannot issue a refund. [redacted] explained to the customer via email on 2/12/16 to contact that seller for a refund.As the manufacturer of the products we do stand by our warranties. The customer can send the defective lights with proof of purchase to our office and we'll gladly issue replacements.If you have any questions or should require further information please feel free to contact us at any time.Thank You,Jeanine S
