Had storm damage last year which damaged roofing and siding Josh was in area and I called himHis response was almost immediate After looking at damage, he said that when insurance adjusters came, he wanted to be there as well Adjusters looked at home and Josh pointed out items that they missed I signed a contract with him that day After making selections of color and type of roofing and siding, he stated he would keep me posted He made regular calls to me When materials arrived he notified me of when crews would be working Crews for both roofing and siding were friendly and professional They cleaned up the area each day when they were done Josh came by each day to check on the crews and progress He would ask me each time if I had any concerns or problems After the job was completed I found one problem One phone call to Josh resulted in his immediAte response After he looked at what he's saw, he called the crew before he left my home and the crew was out the next day to take care of this problem Josh is a professional who keeps his customers informed and follows up on a regular basis His professional conduct and integrity is very much beyond what I expectedWould definitely do business with him again and highly recommend to anyone needing work done,

Contacted the owner when in a bind to get a deck added to my house. He was able to get out the next day, got me a quote, and had the deck completed the following week! Will definitely use them again

Once we knew we needed a new roof due to storm damage we knew we wanted to go with a local company. We found Refuge Roofing & Siding on line and Josh came to our home to do the estimate. Josh was very professional and we felt at ease and comfortable with him. We could also sense he was very passionate about his work. Since we had never delt with an insurance claim like this before Josh answered all of our questions and made sure we understood the process.
Because peace of mind is very important to us we were glad to find out that Refuge is GAF certified. This means that the installers are certified, the company is licensed and they are required to have insurance. Josh also believes in his product-the Timberline shingle, America's #1 selling shingle. He even has the same shingle on his own house!
The day of installation went just like Josh explained. His crew is very hard working and were careful not to damage anything in the landscaping or on the deck. Josh also stopped by to see if we had any questions or concerns.
We would definitely recommend Refuge Roofing & Siding to our friends and neighbors. Josh and his crew not only realize that your home is your castle, it is also the place you go to find REFUGE!
