Refund Management Services

Still waiting for a refund submitted through RMS from Vegas winnings from 2021. I get a different excuse each time I call why I haven't received my refund eventhough I filled out all the necessary forms correctly. They keep blaming the IRS for the delay. 3 years later, I'm still waiting, but they agree it shouldn't have taken this long. I have to call them each time as they don't call me back as promised.I lost my trust in RMS.

I called the company enquiring about a tax refund on my casino winnings for Brooke took my info and emailed me the papers, it was very easy, I only had to sign the papers, and send in my reciepts for taxes with held I am waiting now to verify my identification next weekwhich I can do by face time I don't have to go to there office in Toronto I am told I will get my refund in 12-weeks after it is submitted Very easy on my part A.L
