Great software, horrible customer supportI had my software stolen, while at work, and they refuse to help me

My [redacted] purchased an e license for a [redacted] software along with several other programs at christmasThe e license is sent on a small USB and was broken and lost We contacted the company to ask if we can replace and their response was we were trying to steal from them so they require full payment which is $ [redacted] We explained we are not stealing, we already purchased this and know a fee may be needed but expected them to not require full payment plus we have more packs for the [redacted] program we want to buy We have spent well over $ [redacted] with this company Since then they just close our tickets and refuse to handle, address, talk to us We were yelled at for opening multiple tickets online which was first done by our son asking for help and when treated [redacted] and his ticket was closedWe then felt we had to get involved I have never dealt with such [redacted] customer serviceI pleaded with them to please contact me, provided my phone number, asked to work with us and the

I've never experienced SERIOUS issues with this business until nowQuite literally, one of the three employees was completely rude and refused to answer any of my questionsI inquired as to If (AND/OR) why the sound that I used most in the software was changedInstead, he accused me of questioning their practices and instead, belittled meWhen I persisted later in the day, he continued to insult me [redacted] and banned me from communication on their website, all social networks, and emails [redacted] The issue with this: The software requires a licenseThe software, is NOT cheap(I spent a good $600+ on the software and its expansions) Banning my credit card, profile, and all other accounts, and licenses prevents me from using the software whatsoeverAs a result, the production of my music is hindered, if not halted, I can not get a refund, I can not communicate with the business or it's other employee's, and I can't search anywhere for help on this issue [redacted] Be VERY careful if you choose to purchase software from ReFX Audio Software Inc [redacted] ***

I had a dispute with this business months ago regarding a product I accidentally orderedThat was resolved, in reFX's favor, and that's fineBut a new problem, [redacted] , has now arrivedFollowing this dispute, reFX has wiped clean my account in their website that contains the Master Key fils, and proof of products I have purchased from them which has now negatively impacted my business this week as I can not load their software back into my new computer, leading to damages I have opened up two "tickets" in their support department, both of which have been immediately closed with no response[redacted] This is not a restaurant where you are refusing to serve someone based on not wearing shoes, I have paid for a product from you, which requires a master Key to be operated of which they have [redacted] wiped from my accountThis needs to be addressed and fixed

I purchased Nexus and lost my usb elicenser in a house fire recentlyI provided proof of purchase and I was called a liarI can provide all documents of purchaseI simply just want to use the product that I paid for

I bought Nexusin Within my first year, I thought I had lost my license key so I emailed themKnowing that I can prove, I purchased the software and they have my personal information, I asked if it's possible to retrieve the license online, they told me I had to buy the software againI was very *** but fortunately I found my dongle a little bit damaged but functional and asked them if it would be possible to transfer the information to another key back then I got help and was advised on how to transfer the licenseAbout years later, I sent a ticket because the USB dongle stopped working and Mike (the customer service rep) responded in a very rude and uncalled wayHere is literally what I wrote and what he wrote backThank god I took a screen cap too

This is what I paid over $CAD + expansions $$ for?
Customer service is a very important part of a business, this is a traumatizing experience one should never have to invest in*** *** I lost my money, wasted my time and will have to rework my projects to use other softwares, thank god I know betterI highly recommend using other softwares *** *** ***
