I was sold a car that has a salvaged title and when the vin# is pulled up it is labeled a totaled vehicle. I was not informed beforehand of this.I purchased a 2005 [redacted] in february of 2011. When I bought the car I was told that the car had been in an accident, but was fixed for selling. I was not told that it was considered totaled. When it came to the title he said it was a refurbished title, so he willingly omitted that the car was totaled and had a salvaged title. Now 4 years later I am needing to get electrical fixed and I was informed that all warranties are void because of the car being totaled and it will cost me more than the car is worth to have it fixed. Desired SettlementI paid 10,000 dollars for this car and I want to be reimbursed because I was told this car was only worth about 3000 dollars in excellent condition which it was not. I was also told this car should have never been resold to someone for driving that it should have only been used for parts for other cars. I was wrong when I said I paid 10,000 that was the price of a different car, for the [redacted] I paid around 6500 dollars and that is what I would like to be reimbursed.
