The drapes and valances I purchased from Regal Drapes are amazing. The quality and workmanship are so impressive and above any drapes I've ever seen. I have had custom drapes from local workrooms and other vendors and they were pretty good but they seem ordinary compared to what Regal does. I have to also mention the service they provided... everyone I spoke to was so helpful and knowledgeable. My designer was Marie and Christine in customer service was so helpful and patient with all my questions (some might have been stupid.:) ) Keep up the great work I will be back to decorate the rest of my home. I have already told all my friends about you. Thank you.

We received complaint number [redacted] on November 1.  We immediately reached out to [redacted] upon receiving the complaint and ask that you read the email chain below to observe that we are in touch with this customer and we expect to resolve all issues to [redacted] satisfaction...

in the coming 2-3 weeks.  It will involve this time period because we plan to send her a single drapery panel in in the same fabric but a different style to confirm it hangs to her liking and addresses the issue that she raised with you.  When we all agree that the new style will address her issue, we then plan proceed with making the rest of the panels in her order in this new style.  We also plan to offer her a $200 credit for the inconvenience that she has experienced.Please also note that we did have dialogue with [redacted] prior to her filing the complaint with you.  During those conversations we suggested that she take some steps to “train” the fabric in the drapes that we originally sent to hang properly, by pinning the fabric etc..  We often recommend this as a first step whenever the fabric appears to be too stiff to hang properly after we ship it.  We, in retrospect should have been more clear that this was only a first step and that we would take any steps necessary to ensure that [redacted]i satisfied. We will contact you again once this matter is resolved.  In the meantime, would you be able to confirm receipt of this email and please notify us if there are any additional steps we need to take to properly resolve this matter.Thank you,John J[redacted]Owner
