I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and you may close this complaint. The business is happy that I am paying them. I am still not happy with how this business treats customers by pounding on front doors, swearing, and telling me "people like you are always ripping us off!" I rate this company a grade of D

talked to *** *** about a week ago and asked if he received any other checks from the insurance company other than the one made out for and he told me noI told him that he should of gotten a check for that was for permit and rest of depreciation and I will call and see whats
up with insuranceI had checked on that morning of augand talked to insurance and had told me that he had received those payments and they told me permit fee of was sent out and cashed on 2/and the depreciation was sent and cashed on 5/so I called and got no answer I was in the area and saw car home and stopped by and knocked and he answered and explained that he had received those check and told me he did cash them that that was his money and I told him why it wasn't and told me again that it was his *** money then I said that it wasn't and if he was not to pay me the money owed that we'd see him in court and told him that it was going to cost him more than what he owed if we'd go to court and said just pay what is owedhe said he wanted to check with insurance company and I said he had till end of day Mondayhe also told me to forget the bid on the *** garage and I said ok you'd probably would pay that anyways, and said just pay what you owenow this complaint is a surprise to me, we get him approved for siding and we take care of his deductible and he is going to lie about getting paid and then I waste my time to find out that he spent our money and even didn't lie about spending the money when I could prove that he received itif any questions call me at *** or office *** my name is *** ***

The job was done, but heaven forbid you ever have to get them to come back out! I had an inspection done on the house I was trying to sell, the inspector said the ridge vent wasn't venting properly, I emailed them on the 21st of March, still to this day I have not gotten the issue resolvedI spoke with Joe who kept promising to get a guy out there, and then never deliveredI had to show up at the office after several phone calls to check inMy lawyers asked for pictures which they said they would deliver and never didWhen the owners called I was informed that Joe told them the ridge vent was never fixed and hung up on themI called the owner Rich who, from the beginning, talked down to me and called my lawyer a mnAfter I tried to say my piece he started yelling at me like I was a childWhen the owner believes he can treat his clients this way for asking questions, you know the same thought has trickled down to his employeesDo not give them your businessThey will not keep their word and they do not care about you as a client

Don't deal with them until you got real storm-damage!!!!! Their sells person assured me that I do have damage, and he KNOWS that claim WILL be approved as many others - lyes!!!!
Chris *** (claim specialist) also looked om my damage - and literally promised me that they have friends from insurance adjusters - so clime will be approved
In fact, adjuster did not approve damage, Chris told me he never saw this guy, and me - got increase of my home insurance (just for claim activities)
Don't deal with them until you see storm-damage yourself!
The only thing they need from you is: to try set up claim, and in case it going to be approved - they hopefully will replace roof & sidings(don't have expirience with them and don't know somebody has), otherwise they will tell you "sorry"

During the summer of Regal Exterior installed a new roof first and new siding afterwards Installation was done in a timely manner No major complaints Minor issues (window screens they damaged during their work) were fixed Overall a positive experience

The person that I talked with was extremeIy helpful in all aspects of the operation The workers were extremely friendly and performed their duties in a professional manner and I found their workmanship top notch I am very pleased with the quality of the material used and the end results

Unfortunately, there was not a walkthrough of inspection at the time the work was doneI welcome someone to call me and set up a date and time that is convenient for the both of us to come out and fix the nail pop issuesI hope to hear from you soon

well I think he responded to this before I talked to him on 8/30 and asked if he talked to the insurance company. when we talked on 8/30 it was resolved about what he owed and then I asked if he'd like I can pick up the check and he responded with no I'll send it to the office or drop it off. so I think everything is good now were getting are full payment from February.

These people do work on the next door people house and at the same time they do damage to the other person house. Then the treat disable people bad that live in the other house that they damage the roof on.

Had gone out to do roof repair, and found that it could not be repaired and called for re-inspected from insurance company. In the time with dealing with insurance company they called another company and they told them the same thing. Also home owner called and said they think they had a leak and we...

put up a tarp to help out. Since then we have got the insurance to pay for half of the roof. don't understand why he had sent in a complaint but we (salesman) have an appointment with him on Saturday the 14th to talk about the job.

Can't say what Joe the salesman said to the homeowner but he knows our guarantees on work that has been done. its 1year on labor. materials for siding and roof its 20 years for defects on the materials. the board that has been changed and painted has a 1year warranty due to it being painted also...

because its facing the sun and the weather here is unpredictable for the nail pops she is talking about the jobs are always walked through with the homeowner or who ever is home to make sure there is no problems and can be taken care of at that moment. its been 2years later and now they are saying its the work done. houses do settle and we did talk about making time to get there but with the recent floods we have told all homeowners that the worst case jobs will be first and we will squeeze in small jobs. we have been trying to get there but some jobs have turned out bigger than can be seen till into it. I told her it would be a week out then she threatened legal action and then was hard to talk to. we will get there on the 21st of this month in the afternoon to nail back and spackle the hole to help her out. I will give her one more call and see if we can resolve this.

the homeowner was set to have work done when we arrived the homeowner asked to have all of wood replaced and the contract only had a very small wood replacement gave price for additional work and he became angry and was difficult to deal with we gave back the money for the deposit and said we...

couldn't do the work he wanted done for the contracted price.

I had a leak in my roof after the recent storm and regal came by the next day and put a tarp on my roof stopping the leaking and now we are in the process of repairing my roof. Quick response time and they have been very easy to work with.
