The 15th of July 2016, we sign the contract with Armadillo HomesWe bought a new house and it has a guarantee of yearWe have had few issues in the house and after several calls, finally the Contractor came to fix them in January Supposedly , everything was fixed( a big crack in the entrance side walk and cracks on the terrace floor) EVERYTHING IS THE SAME Since February I have been sending messages regarding the problems we have and still have no answer As you can see in more days it's going to be one year since we bought the house and we are afraid they won't honored the guarantee I will appreciate your help

My home lot seems to be sinking with flooding getting increasingly worseI have tried for months to get them to helpNot only have they done nothing (besides say they were going to) a home was built behind mine that drains into my lot The problem just gets worse and they do nothing My carpet was supposed to be upgradedAfter close to a year it looks years olI have many places with no pad left underneathMuch of it is so worn it is completely flatIt wasn't installed as the appropriate color and we let that slide because we were told it is still upgradedThis is definitely not acceptable , whether it's upgraded or not ! They have done nothing They sent people now to look at it , both agreed it doesn't look goodIt's been months and not a thing has been done We have many other small issues that also haven't been addressed

When we visited the new community "Waters Edge" in San Antonio, we were told by the sales representative that the neighborhood was going to be a gated community, and that was one of the main reasons we decided to purchase our home thereThe front had clearly been developed to accommodate a gat, and we trusted the sales rep so we had no reason to doubt that we were purchasing a home in a gated communityNow we found out that before Armadillo began to build homes on the site, they knew full well that plans to add the gate had been dropped and in fact the neighborhood was not going to be a gated communityAfter speaking with neighbors, they were all told the same thing and are all very upset and feel deceived by Armadillo

Hello, my name is *** *** and I am a new homeowner in the *** *** *** in San Antonio, TXI am in the Air Force, and moved into the home in October following a Permanent Change of StationI have a few serious issues with the Armadillo homes- the first being the large amounts of trash left from the workersNot only is this trash flooding our cul-de-sac, however, more painfully it is harming the animals who live behind *** ***There is a cattle pasture with baby and mature cattle which I have witnessed (and have photo proof) of the animals eating the plastic and trash the workers are so carelessly leaving behind
The second issue I have is with the construction on the homeThe process of buying the home went very quickly, with a lot of the home being unfinished(My girlfriend and I were aware of this and had an agreement that certain things would be fixed ASAP with the builder.) Three months later, there are many things on the home that are still unfinished tha

Excellent service. I bought the water softener system with the salt tank for the whole house. The sales representative was great, really knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The installation guys were great too. Our skin quality has improved, we don't have to use lotion now and don't notice any water spots on our dishes anymore.
