your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Regal Jewels never
contacted me regarding the progress of the earringIf they are claiming that
they contacted me then ask them to provide a proofThey had my email address
as you can see on invoiceThey were supposed to send me picture of earring once
it's modifiedIn fact Regal Jewels never pick up a phoneI could not even
leave a voice message as answering machine was fullI cannot get RMA number if
I cannot get in touch with anyone in the company to respond
I have purchased a set
of necklace and earrings as shopkeeper himself agreed that he did not have
matching earringsI would not have paid in full if intention was not to buy as
a setI returned necklace since I could not get in touch with anyone in the
company on any of the phone after waiting for response for almost two months
Necklace alone was uselessI have been buying from *** Jeweler show for
past yearsI did not have this issue with any other vendorI am not trying
get out of a paymentI have returned the product with a valid reasonFor
causing all these trouble and being not responsive least I can expect is full
refundMy intention was to purchase Jewelry and enjoy itIf I had gotten what
I was promised then I had no reason to disputeI had made full payment in good
faithOn the other hand shopkeeper had received full payment hence had no reason
to respond to my follow-upsThey deliberately did not respond to get 25%
restocking (over $1000) for freeI am not the trying to benefit from this transaction;
Regal Jewels is trying to get free money as restocking fee gimmick
This was a precious and semi-precious stones item where trusted source is a
keyI do not trust this vendor and his business ethicsI do not want to give
him any businessHow do I know that product he is willing to send is the same
as I selected and not some leftover of his stock? Once I accept his package, I
would be charge and who can protect me?
I request full refund or
product backed with certification for the genuine productI will request ***
Jewelry association representer to take delivery and witness/ensure genuine
product along with certificatePayment occurs once correct product is
deliveredI need to involve 3rd party to protect me at this point

In response to the customer's concern:
The necklace and earrings were NEVER  sold as a part of the seta They were sold separately as you can clearly see in the invoice as they were both priced separately and itemized and NEVER MENTIONED on the invoice that they the necklace and earrings are set. has signed the invoice acknowledging all terms and conditions and policies of our company. (PLEASE Check THE INVOICE ATTACHMENT,
Customer returned the necklace without getting the RMA NUMBER necessary to process any return. we took the package on our risk as a good faith gesture, but unfortunately, when we opened up the package, it had been worn by the customer as we could smell her perfume on the necklace. When customer disputed with [redacted] she told them that she wanted to wear this jewelry for some function.
Both the earrings and necklace that the customer picked out were available physically at the time of the purchase. There was "no picture showing" (as customer mentions in the complain)of the earrings as these were physically shown. Customer tried the earrings on at the time of shopping only, Customer wanted to add yellow sapphires with diamonds to the earrings to match the necklace (as mentioned in point 1 that the necklace and earrings are not part of the set, hence the earrings did not match). We told the customer that they can take the earrings with her while we hand make the additions to the earrings and once they are available we will call and have her ship out the earrings so that we can make changes to earrings. Customer insisted that we take them with us, SO we agreed and gave her a tentative time frame when they will be available. For your information: these additions had to be handmade in India and ship out, go through US customs and then had set/attached in US. This is very lengthy process and where US customs is involved and that part of the process is out of our hands on how long that will take.
4, That being said, we took the earrings back to our office and customer took the delivery of the
necklace at the time of the purchase
We were in contact with the customer about the progress on the earrings.
Also, as a good faith gesture, we agreed to refund full amount for the earrings.
Since, there is no manufacturing problem with the necklace, we will refund the purchase price minus 25% restocking fee. This is our standard company return policy as mentioned on the invoice that was given to the customer.
It looks like customer is scamming the company_ According to the letter that we got from Revdex.com(attached) that customer wrote to them they are disputing the amount $3700 as they have received credit of $700 back. Now in AMEX chargeback they are disputing ell of $4400 which is dated March 3, 2014, The Revdex.com letter is dated January 15, 2014. They also mentioned in the letter to Revdex.com that they want the necklace back after the customer has charged back. To us, something smells very fishy and like a scam
RESOLUTION:
1,  We will be glad to send the necklace and earrings back to the customer after we are assured
that we have gotten all our money back and there is no going to be no further disputes/chargeback from customer and after customer withdraws all complains or concern — be it Revdex.com or credit card company or any other organization, We will also reduce the price of the earrings by $100
2.  OR, we can refund all of the money minus the 25% fee for the necklace,
