BEWARE....I was contacted by Regal via the *** website because I was trying to get an instant quote on my car I had already purchased a new vehicle and was specifically just trying to sell mine *** gave me an instant offer of $18,after I gave them every detail possible about my vehicle (year, mileage, need of new tires, etc.) Regal was one of three dealerships that actually advertises with *** that they will purchase your vehicle regardless of you purchasing a car with them Without any prompting from me, Regal contacted me with an offer to do better than*** We emailed back and forth with Holli F* their representative I sent pictures and per her request and she informed me that she spoke to her manager and came back with an initial offer of $21, She asked me to make an appointment to get my car "professionally appraised' which I did on Saturday, Sept17th She was even extremely specific on the time of my so called appointment She told me to ask for herself or someone by the name of Jerry When I arrived on Saturday at 2pm, neither Holli or Jerry were there I was sent to three different buildings to finally have someone look at my car for minutes and come back and tell me they could give me $17,000....$less than the offer they made me after seeing pictures, etc I live approximately an hour and a half away from Regal, which is why I made sure our conversations were in writing so that if there were any discrepancies I would be able to show exactly what was said None of this mattered I spoke with the Finance Director, Cris A*** and all that he could say was he had no idea where she got that number from That was his apology That was his apology for my hours worth of driving, the additional miles now put on my vehicle, the babysitter that I had to pay, the complete and total was of my day I left my phone number to hear back from their general manager...nothing
The bottom line is that Regal Lakeland lied They are a typical sleazy car dealership where honesty and morality mean nothing I wouldn't recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!

This business lies about everything The owner and Gm have refused to speak to me inI've been trying to get in touch with then for two weeks They sold me a car that was disgusting with vomit and bugs in it

Okay, this review is going to be a bit on the lengthy side, but I promise that it will be well worth reading and it's the only evaluation you need to read. This is totally honest and I am going to tell you all the good and bad stuff that I encountered with regard to my auto purchase at Regal Automotive Group. First, I am not, nor have I ever been employed or associated with Regal in any way. I only went to them because I wanted to test drive a Kia and a Honda and they offered both vehicles. I contacted Regal Kia online and was told to come in and talk to Sam R[redacted]. When I went in to talk to Sam, he was a very personable guy and I explained to him that I needed a vehicle that would be able to carry an electric scooter on the bumper hitch. He showed us the Soul and the Sportage. We liked the Sportage best and Sam worked up a price for us. We thanked him, but I explained that we also wanted to see what Honda had to offer. Sam told us that he could also show us the Honda. We met him at the Honda dealership and he showed us the CR-V. Personally, I liked the Kia better, but my wife preferred the Honda, so naturally, "we" decided on the Honda. As chance would have it, someone told us that Honda also offered an HR-V. We decided to check it out at another dealership and get their price on both the CR-V and the HR-V. After looking at and test-driving the HR-V, we decided to go with that model. I obtained offers from several dealers and received the best price from Sam. It's amazing, but the difference between the highest price and the lowest one was about $5000. Yea! It pays to shop. Regal was so low in fact that when one of the other dealerships asked what I got the car for, they told me that there was no way that Regal could sell the car for that price and make money. They assured me that there had to be a catch and I would never get the car for that price. Well, I met Sam at Regal Honda and he gave me the price in writing. Then I asked him if they would throw in a bumper hitch for my scooter. After talking to his man[redacted], Sam explained that the Honda hitch was too expensive to do that, but they would pay to have U-Haul install it, which costs about $350. To simplify the deal, they just took another $350 off the price of the car. Wow! What a deal! The next issue was color. I wanted a white one and my wife wanted a blue one. Naturally, "we" decided on a blue one. The problem was that Regal Honda did not have either a white one or a blue one in stock and they had to try to find one at another dealership. As it turned out, they did get the blue one, but they had to drive over a hundred miles to get it. Great customer service. The car was there the next day. When I got the car home, I noticed that the stripe was coming off on the driver's side and there were scratches in the paint on the hood. I took the car back and Regal took care of both issues quickly. Also, they offered me a $500 military discount if I financed through Honda Credit at .9%, so I took the deal and signed the loan agreement. A few days later, Pedro J[redacted], (the guy that does all the paperwork) asked me to sign a blank loan agreement because accounting was closing the books and he could not print out a new one. The .9% interest rate was not available in April, so they wanted me to sign an agreement in May. I reluctantly signed the blank agreement and when it was emailed to me it was almost $3000 more than the agreed upon amount. I went back to see Pedro and he fixed the problem immediately. Then he had my car filled up with gas as an apology. Can't argue with that. When I originally picked up the car, I was unfamiliar with all the bells and whistles on the car, like how to use the blue tooth. So, when we were picking up the car, Sam hooked me up with one of the Honda sales reps named Jose M[redacted], since Sam was a Kia guy and he was not familiar with the Hondas. Jose is a great guy too and he took his time to show me everything I needed to know about the vehicle. Everybody at Regal Automotive Group was great. I have no complaints. The bottom line is that this is a great place to buy a car. While my car buying experience did not go without a hitch, they did make everything right in the end. I highly recommend using them. If you need to buy a car, either Sam R[redacted] or Jose M[redacted] are a very good choice. Definitely shop around, but give these guys a chance to beat your best offer. I have every confidence that they'll do just that.
