Late with pickup. Was promised 2 other men along with the 2 that came and promised not kept. Started at storing 11 am should have taken no more than 5 hrs. Ended at 9.30 pm and was never compensated for delay and promise of 2 other men then had to negotiate with the delivery men due to lateness if the evening which was too much and then signed and initialed a form to show that delivery was done and they marked the box that did not hold them liable for a declined insurance claim that I filed. I did not check any box the worker did. Now I have a damaged refrigerator that they will not honor. Complaint for not being compensated for lateness and promise of extra help that was never received and for not checking off the options which resulted in them not being held liable for fixing or replacing my refrigerator.
