When visiting regal nails I had my nails dipped with s&s powder. This product was suppose to last 3 weeks. However it start peeling off my nails in 48 hours. I went to the store and spoke to the owner about the issue and he would not re-do my nails. He blamed me stating I had to do something to mess this up. I have had this dip before and it would last 2-3 weeks. I asked for a refund and he refused. I asked to have them re-done and he refused. Someone needs to know about his poor business practices. There has to be a code of conduct within the small business community.
