First Coast Billing group has been working with the patient since 11/26/when she first called to make a payment arrangement with our client [redacted] south **We took them over from another billing company middle to end of We stopped actively billing the client in June we stopped routine claims and statements and pulling payments that would be dropped in our stfp from the new billing companyWe would only handle accounts that patients would call on Based on notes in the system patient was given a payment arrangement and was randomly calling and making payments over the phoneThe patient did show concern that her payments we not being posted to her account from payments made by check and our billing specialist advised her to send in proof of payments and we can correct her accountWe did correct her account and would receive calls from her and making payments over the phonePatient has reached out to us several times in and if calls has been missed we have a 24-turn around time for call backPatient has called our office today April and has made a payment and we are adjusting off the remaining balanceWe do apologies the statement may have not gone out routinely to the patient along with our office receiving the payment from the clientWe are sending the patient a zero balance letter as there proof

stopped routine claims and statements and pulling payments that would be dropped in our stfp from the new billing company. We would only handle accounts that patients would call on.  Based on notes in the system patient was given a payment arrangement and was randomly calling and making payments over the phone. The patient did show concern that her payments we not being posted to her account from payments made by check and our billing specialist advised her to send in proof of payments and we can correct her account. We did correct her account and would receive calls from her and making payments over the phone. Patient has reached out to us several times in 2017 and if calls has been missed we have a 24-72 turn around time for call back. Patient has called our office today April 24 and has made a 50.00 payment and we are adjusting off the remaining balance. We do apologies the statement may have not gone out routinely to the patient along with our office receiving the payment from the client. We are sending the patient a zero balance letter as there proof.
