Awesome work. Best in the business. Quality work & award winning. Unfortunately there are homeowners who take advantage.
My husband and I employeed Regal Roofing to shingle a roof on our home. After heavy rains, a leak was discovered in a vent fan in the bathroom which required a pan under it to catch the water. *** was contacted by my husband several times requesting the leaking fan be sealed. The job didn't get done. I started calling *** and did speak to her a couple of times. She requested someone to be present when the repair was made and I agreed. I left several messages asking her to let me know when her crew could come to repair it and I would be there. It has been weeks and she hasn't returned our calls.

Finish the job We would like the bathroom vent to be sealed from further leaking.
We have attempted to reach *** on 4 different occasions since your 1st conversation with *** We have made several attempts to resolve her problem with no response from ***. If and when she does return our call we will be happy to help her with any issues she may have.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This irresponsible company does not know who this complaint is about. There is no "***". There were NO calls to remediate the problem. Please keep my complaint about this sorry company in your files so others may be warned.
