I ordered a free trial product and was later charged. Customer service would not allow me to speak to a manager. They would not give me a "brick & mortar address" . She "elevated" my complaint to corporate But would not allow me to speak with anyone there either. I feel the ad was designed the cheat people and I fell prey.

This website charges multiple charges of 89 plus dollars without consent or notice. THEY STOLE FREOM ME OUTRIGHT!
May 26th 4 charges of 5.59 we're taken from me. I only expectd 2. So I called and cancelled. Two weeks later 2 charges of 89.00 we're taken out of my account. The customer service I called 3 times. They can't refund. Play dumb. And if you aren't specific, they only cancel one. Not both. When I called to cancel the first time I said cancel everything with my name on it. I recived an email.saying it was done. That was before the 89.00 charge. So I feel like I'm being stolen from. Now how cam I trust they are going to keep stealing my money and saying "non refundable"

Unauthorized recurring payments were being drafted from my account for products not ordered. Not recompensated. Horrible customer service.

I started noticing payments being drafted from my checking account and the customer service representative was not helpful in explaining how or why this happened. She also could not lead me to a web site or even the so called product name I was unknowingly paying for. She said the monies would be replaced by I have seen nothing. I cannot afford $89.00 weekly withdrawals. Please do something about scam artists who take advantage of people's finances.

Desired Outcome

I want my monies restored to my account and my information removed from their records as to prevent this from occurring again.

We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter, as customer satisfaction is our top priority. (***) placed an online order for a trial period of our Regal Keto. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. No order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks this box and selects to submit the order. We did not receive any such cancellation request for these trials within the trial period; and consequently (***) was charged for the product received . Furthermore, as stated in the previously mentioned terms and conditions, after the 18 day trial period, all sales are final.
In response to this inquiry we will follow up with the customer to ensure that a resolution within our company policies is made.

I canceled my account a month ago on 3/23/19 and was charged $179.92. On 4/22/19 they charged me a total of $179.92 again and left my account at a negative balance. The lady on the phone from the previous date was not helpful at all. She told me to go online and cancel and that's what I did. Her name was either Lisa or Linda. This recent charge I called back and the lady was very helpful and she said she would put in a request refund for me. She also told me that I had to call them to cancel. Lisa or Linda said I had to go online to cancel. I am very angry with this company and I would like a full refund of my charges before and after.

So I did a free trial for regal slim. Paid 4.95 in shipping and a month later got a charge for 2 89$ charges. I called and the people were rude. You cant talk to billing dept and they said no refund. I did not read anywhere that said would be a charge after so many days.

I cannot get the company to cancel my account. They keep sending me product and charging me for it.

Charged 2 times for a product that is a 30 day supply but 18 days after ordering was charged as member when I did not agree to be a member.
I found a product that offered a free sample just pay shipping and handling. Okay that seems cool so I make a purchase but when I am at checkout I did not go to a order confirmation page rather I was directed to another offer making it seem like I have to purchase another item to make it final. So it's another $6 okay fine I did it. I was still not directed to an order confirmation page and I got an email with it confirming my order but I never got an order number or any shipping information. I was out of town when the product was delievered but I was told by my mother it was delievered July 3rd. I returned to town and personal things occurred and I was so focused on life and what I had going on I went on my trip that was scheduled and as I am on my trip I notice that I was charged $89.96 and $89.97 for a membership charge from this company that I had yet to try their product. But never did I authorize this company to charge me again especially for a proclduxt I haven't gotten to try or had a full 30 days to try from what I originally ordered. I used my personal debit card for my checking account so it affected my trip as I am a full time college student who works part time and this trip was so special but was faced with these charges that I couldn't enjoy it as much as I wanted. I emailed the company and they replied with a delievery date of June 28th but I had no way of making sure it was correct other than from my mothers honesty that it was not delievered until July 3rd. And I replied to the email how I was upset that they had shipping information, but that theycould not provide me the consumer any order number or shipping details for my order. I am truly upset and I will not be trying their product nor will I recommend this business to anyone I know. And it has been over 24 hours after responding to their email response to my original email that they asked me to reply to.

Ordered Regal Slim product for weight management as a 1 time purchase $1 then received another charge from Derma Divinity for 89.96.

Ordered Regal Slim product online on 4/7/18 for weight management(Regal Forskolin- #30 capsules) as a 1 time purchase for $1 then received another charge from Derma Divinity for $89.96. I contacted my Bank, *** disputing the purchase. I never received the product amount of $89.96 and the customer service personal at Derma Divinity refuse to refund the funds stating the case was closed. I am in pursuit of my refund since the merchandise wasn't received.

I am strongly disputing the charges of $89.96 charge to my account without my authorization. This is a fraudulent charge and I am requesting a refund I do not want to do business with this company. Their customer service is rude and unprofessional.

ordered a free trial of regalslim and regaltrim. I want to cancel now as I am not using product. No company name on mailing envelop, no invoice inside with product. Had to go online to look for company address and phone number. I have tried 1 800 398-3087 as well as 4 numbers listed by the Revdex.com. some are disconnected, others just play music and no one ever answers the phone.

We do show that the customer *** placed an order for Regal Trim and Regal Slim on 7/15/2017 for our risk free 14 day trial period. Please note that we also allow time for shipping and receipt. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. Our terms do state that if the customer wishes to discontinue with either product that they contact us either via email or phone to cancel within their trial period.
On 1/20/2018 we received an email from the customer to request cancellation of future billings/shipments. Per the customers request we had cancelled the recurring activity at that time and sent a confirmation email with an offer to reactivate the subscription at a discounted price. We did not hear back from the customer so the account remained closed. To satisfy the customers request, on 1/26/2018 we have issued a full refund for the Regal Trim in the amount of $89.95 in addition to a refund of $89.97 for the Regal Slim. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on the method of payment.
We do hope that this resolve satisfies this complaint and please let us know if there is anything further that we can assist with.

Unauthorized charges
This company puts out misleading information. They do not treat you like a customer. They reps are rude. They took out $190 for a product that I did not authorize automatic payments for and said it was because I went past 14 days. I was never notified that I signed up for any subscription with them and even so the product and brand free trial I received was nothing as promoted online.

Please note that we also allow time for shipping and receipt. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. Our terms do state that if the customer wishes to discontinue with either product that they contact us either via email or phone to cancel within their trial period.
On 01/03/2018 we received a call from the customer to request cancellation of future billings/shipments. At this time *** accepted a partial refund to keep the ordered items. We have issued a combined refund amount of $120.00 as agreed to. To satisfy the customers request, on 01/08/2018 we have also issued a remaining combined refund for both products in the amount of $59.93. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on the method of payment.
We do hope that this resolve satisfies this complaint and please let us know if there is anything further that we can assist with.

Two Majestic products were ordered MT and MS, and charged for. A call to customer service to request cancellation and refund was met with hard sales tactics trying to get us to accept a discount on future orders. It was made very clear that I didn't want discount and wanted a full refund. Only partial refund was given and when we called to request the balance of the refund, they lied and said we I had agreed to a partial refund and the acct was now closed. Operator Kevone was rude and when I asked for a supervisor, he said that he wasn't available and that he was only there for training anyway. A call back got the supervisor, Jason, who said they didn't have to refund anything and was also rude...
