Review: I found their ad on craigslist for a security job they charged me $75.00 for registering with them and told me after I take a 16hr training class with them for the price of $150.00 they would find me a job site to place me. I made the mistake of agreeing with them because it slipped my mind that I can work and have up to 90 days to complete the 16hr on the job training certificate. I went back the next day to retrieve my money and the copies they took of my Ids and social. I was told I had to wait til the supervisor was around since they are not authorized to handle refunds. I was told he would call me the next morning and he didn't. I went back and was told he was not around again. They are giving me the run around leaving me no choice but to file this complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and the copies of my information returned. I would never again return to this agency nor would I refer this to anyone.

SHE WAS ASKED BY ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES TO PLEASE RETURN ON THE FOLLOWING DAY WHICH WOULD BE 9/**/2013 ONLY BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SUPERVISOR AVAILABLE TO SEE HER ON THE DAY SHE CAME (9/**). ONLY A SUPERVISOR MAY ISSUE A REFUND.
