Review: received product after we told to cancel due to the amount they said it was going to be and the amount charged to our account, returned product unopened by [redacted] did not even bring into house called ups and had them pick it back up refused, regal say they have 100% satisfaction, we have not received our $318.00 back into our account and it has been 30 days now, a man named [redacted] with cell phone number of [redacted] keeps saying he forgot or some other excuse ,feel I have been more than fair, they were told to cancel order and did not and we cannot get anyone to return phone calls or answer when calling themDesired Settlement: I just want my $318.00 returned to my account.

they refunded the money Friday after I called and told them I am going to do something about it, bank called and said it is showing a deposit coming

Review: Harassing phone calls and when I ask to be removed from the call list I get hung up on, I received approxmetly 20 phone calls over 2 days looking for someone named "Barbra" and when I tell them she gave them the wrong number they hang upDesired Settlement: Have a phone number check and ask the person who requested info to get a confirmation call or text so stuff like this doesn't happen in the future other wise you will have a lawsuit.

Review: I started a transportation business last year. As a result of receiving my own authority through the FMCSA my info became public and I have been contacted by several companies offering related services. One company was "REGAL SUPPLY CORP." SYOSSET NY offering a diesel fuel treatment. I explained this was a new company with only 1 truck. Their salesman agreed to ship me 1 gal. as a trial. I received that gal. and ever since have been bombarded with calls from various ppl claiming I had a 9 gal BALANCE on my order. [$130gal] I agreed to buy 2 more gal & was assured that would close the acct. I get almost daily calls on both my numbers and STILL am told I have a $700 BALANCE ! I made no such agreement. I called their "customer service" TWICE and was assured by [redacted] these calls would stop. Well the calls from [redacted] stopped but now another guy calls,never leaves a message just hangs up. I have blocked several of their # on my phones but it seems they have LOTS of different lines ! When at work I use a Bluetooth so I don't check the # just press button to answer call & there they are AGAIN ! I have gotten downright IGNORANT with these ppl but STILL they persist ! I'm SURE they work on commision but I feel, and have told them REPEATEDLY, if the product is good it will sell itself & I will call to order more ! I agreed to a 1 gal TRIAL & do not appreciate being told I agreed to buy 10 gal. I told them if they supply a recording of me making that agreement I would honer it but of course they cannot ! At this point if I ever do want more of their product I will look for a RETAILER and buy from them ! THIS HARASSMENT IS NO WAY TO CONDUCT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS !!!!Desired Settlement: STOP THE PHONE CALLS, PERIOD !!

Review: I told company to stop calling me, as I no longer am interested in their products. They are calling me 5 to 6 times a day Monday thru Friday. This is telephone harassment!!! I have also spoken to States Attorneys office in Maryland about pressing charges. Thought Revdex.com would be interested in Troublesome company, Also I would like to know of any other complaints against this company.Desired Settlement: I want them to STOP calling me, also to put them on file with Revdex.com for future complaints.
