In response to the issue at hand The customer had his window tint on for years, the only thing that was tinted was the two front door windows The Manufacture that makes the film went bankrupt and was purchased by another companyPer procedure for warranty, we need warranty
card, receipt and a piece of the film off to send to the manufacture, but we have no company to send it toWe provided him with the phone number to that company and he called them and they refused to warranty the windows because of the date of installation The company would warranty anything after but his installation was As a company we have been in business for over years and we value our customers We offered to make repairs at a discounted cost but the customer is out of state We have not seen the vehicle, don't even know if the tint has been replaced or proper care has been taken, so we have no idea as to what issues he has other than what he told us Now his warranty was a nationwide lifetime warranty, this allows him to go to any dealer in the nation to repair his issue Unfortunately he will be told the same thing by other dealers We can not pay for his repairs out of state, it is a Manufacture issue as we did not make the film, we are just installers, if there was a problem with our installation I am sure it would not have taken years to present the problemAgain if he was in the area we would offer him a discount on a replacement product We can not control what happens to a manufacture, we can only control what happens at BMW Window Tint
