Review: Ordered an Italia Jacket Black Soccer jacket for a Christmas gift. When opened on Christmas, the jacket had a defective zipper. Have been trying since Christmas, phone calls and emails, to contact company in order to return jacket for an exchange or refund.Desired Settlement: Replacement of defective jacket or refund if replacement is not available.

Review: I ordered a baby gift online October 29, 2013. They took my money and sent me a tracking number. This tracking number only says that they have sent a request to the post office, there is no other tracking information. I can not reach them by phone and their online "chat help line" is always offline. No one returns emails or phone calls. I honestly don't know if this company is still in business or not...Desired Settlement: If they can not deliver the product as promised then I would like my money returned to my credit card.

I ordered 3 Italian shirts on 11/4/15 I received an email with a receipt saying they took my payment and that my order was processed and shipped. They even sent a shipping tracking number. But when I try to track the package it says "no tracking found".

I have called and emailed them several times. No one answers the phone and I leave a message and I do not get a return call.

I would like my money credited back to my account. This company is very unprofessional and I am not sure it even exists.

Review: I have been trying to contact Regali since November. I was supposed to get a return number within 7 days. After waiting 7 days without a response, I sent an item back. I still have not been refunded or contacted.

I called and emailed them twice today.Desired Settlement: I would like to make the exchange I requested when I returned the item.

Review: I placed 2 orders online with this company, for 2 day delivers. 10 days later, no items. I have called multiple times (only a generic voicemail comes on, does not even state the companies name) and emailed multiple times and have not heard back from them.

Also, they took the amount out of my account 2x, so have taken more money than the actual order.Desired Settlement: I just want the money back, I don't even want the products anymore as we ONLY ordered from them due to the 2 days delivery as wanted to take the items out of town with us, and we left already.
