Good Morning, Sirs,What this customer fails to understand is that these gates are sold with a different style extension than the extensions that can be ordered separately Customer cannot swap out the extension that is sold with the gate for the one that is sold separately and not expect to pay for itIt's quite clear If this customer is not satisfied with the structure of the gate, as it is sold, then she needed to return it to her place of purchase Otherwise, she is welcome to pay for the additional extensions that she orders.Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because:
they continue to misunderstand my concern...I am simply asking for the extensions that come with, sold with, in the same box with the gate sold as order because it can extend to 52", be consistent in design....I ordered gates, the same exact gate, different colors and I get different designs. When I called Regalo to verify if their stock in the black is the updated designed gate they act like they don't have a clue what I am talking about and just like their response to the Revdex.com, it has nothing to do with my issue....The extension I purchased through them that I am wanting to return is because I cant use it on the flawed gate design which was returned back to Amazon which was the gate in black that comes with extensions which were not modified...the white gate I kept which is fine because its has the modified design and works great....So I call Regalo to see if they have the same updated design in the black gate as my white gate in stock because Amazon stock in the black color is the old design which I had to return, and I cant even get Regalo to check their stock to verify if they have the new design in their stock....so I am asking to return their extension back to them at their expense since they wont look to see if they carry the proper modified gate in black that they sell in white that I could purchase ...I have already been told that the design was modified and why they modified the design by someone I spoke with their at Regalo...so if you don't sell the modified gate in black, then I'll just order it in white since the white color stock has the modification, therefore not needing the black extension since the lack gate is defective....that's all I am asking, that if you don't carry the black modified gate then the extension I purchased is useless and Regalo should pay to have it returned back to them

In order to move forward with this customer's issue, I will need her exact model #s...these are two different gates manufactured completely separately from each otherBetter yet, she needs to contact me at ###-###-#### on Monday, April 24, since I am out of the office right now. update: attempted to contact 4/24/17 per her request through their customer service number...was not able to reach Cynthia so I left a voicemail explaining who I was referencing the Revdex.com case....so far I have not received a  call back from Cynthia.
