Thank you for sending me the attached informationIt is very unfortunate that [redacted] felt the need to file a complaint with the Revdex.com regarding her experience at House of Tires on January **, [redacted] was in House of Tires on January **, to get a new tire because of a bubble on the sidewall of her tire that could not be repairedWe explained that she got a bubble from an impact such as a pot hole, and she agreed to the new tireOn Saturday, January [redacted] called us irate and confrontational because her tire was flatShe was yelling at the employee on the phone saying that "her tire fell off the car"My employee asked her to bring the car in for us to check outShe was screaming at him on the phone because the tow truck driver could not get the lug nuts off the wheel to change the tireShe was blaming our establishment for thatWhen the car got towed to us, we found out the tow truck driver was using the wrong size lug nut wrench to try to remove the lug nuts and that's why he couldn't get them offThe tow truck driver in turn then stripped the lug nuts by using the wrong toolWhen she came in the store finally she was immediately confrontational and irateWe explained to her we needed to check out the tire and see what was going onWe then explained to her that her wheel had some corrosion that built up on it and because of that it was causing a leak of air from around the rim where the tire and wheel sealWe never told her she had a bubble on that tireWe then explained that she drove on the tire with low air in it and that's what caused it to go flatWith that, [redacted] began yelling at the employee making a ton of accusationsIt was very loud and obnoxious behavior that made other employees stop what they were doing and come in from the shop into the officeOur head mechanic, and employee for House of Tires for over years came in to see what he could do to remedy the situationShe was not listening to anything they were trying to explain to herThere were other customers in the waiting area that were feeling uncomfortableSo the employee then asked [redacted] to leave the establishment because there was nothing else to explain to herAfter she left the other customers actually said to the employees that they were surprised they didn't ask her to leave sooner because of the way she was acting[redacted] never called to speak to myself, the ***.I really wish she could have asked to speak to me after this situation instead of turning to social media and review sites to bad mouth our businessWe have been in business since 1959, serving the Levittown and surrounding areas through three generationsWe pride ourselves on doing the right thing by our customers and being honest and fairPlease contact me for any further information regarding this matterThank youSincerely, [redacted] **House of Tires
