offered her a free riser/lid.He said the leach lines are bad.Five houses share leach line.If water did get into the tank, it would not fill the tankWater leaches out.He didn't replace the lid on the tank because he didn't have helpThe consumer's son and other people helped to get the lid off but when Wayne got done with the tank, they had all leftThe lid weighs approxlbs

Customer said the business verbally offered her a new lid because he had damaged hers and because he was now the new septic service. She paid cash and received no receipt or contract. Her son and his worker had lifted the lid and it does not weigh 600 pounds. Hers is a single family home and not connected to five homes. She will pay no more money for something he promised her.

No need to reach out to them. I had submitted my complaint against them earlier today 8/12. Apparently, after several "threats", me submitting the complaint and notifying Mr N[redacted] that Revdex.com would be contacting him shortly, that got him moving and they took care of it within hours.
