Review: I have been on [redacted] (Regan Mercantile owns them) for 3 months (90 days). My account was hacked and lost 90 dollars worth of game cents or game money in which I bought for the game. When my account was hacked the service refuses to refund the money lost in the account or to repair the account to its previous state. Ive spent 90 days building up the account on there just to lose everything and [redacted] wont do anything about the missing stuff (automated messages, automated customer service reps). im tired of beating around the bush trying to get them to actually give me an answer. Below is the only automated response they have given me:

Review: [redacted] offered a bonus offer at Christmas, when u spend money they give their product they call 'cents' for half price - they did not do this - and so charged full price when they offered 50% off or 'double' cents.And so they did not honor this and so 'stole' nearly 2000 coins.I am one of MANY I heard who had this happen to them.After repeated ignored emails, their poor management needs a swift kick in the [redacted]! ;o)My wife's and my 2 accounts - [redacted] and LadyGaga - are owed 1990 cents each.Desired Settlement: I want them to honor their agreement and give my 2 accounts the 1990 cents they owe me and any bonus they see fit as my time is valuable and they are experts at wasting it.Their management is some of the most comically worst I have ever encountered and at times I wonder if they even realize how bad they are. I have yet to meet a single of their clients - out of millions they talk about that is simply not true as well - that considers them a well run company.I want them to know this.

Review: [redacted] has long term acknowledged coding glitches in the software we pay to use. As a result the glitches are costing players money in the form of items PURCHASED from the company. The company has chosen not to repair the glitches while not replacing the items purchased or refunding the money it costs the players. These errors have persisted in some cases for YEARS. The company is clearly negligent and willfully stealing money from customers through these known and unrepaired glitches. The company's negligence has resulted in financial damage to me which they are able to resolve but choose not to. This willful inaction shows the goal of [redacted] is to profit from these program glitches. Terms of Service does not make a company immune to negligence.Desired Settlement: Replace the items lost due to long term programmatic errors, or refund the money I spent that day to buy the failed items. Fix the software and quit trying to take advantage of people.

Review: I spent $30.00 = gifts for 80 people , 2 vistas blessings 1 for my self and one for my friend META ,360 cents and gift box with items and a key in the company yesterday evening and their daily server maintenance hit at 1:14 am PST I had the game coins and items I had purchased , their daily maintenance last about 15 to 20 minutes at the most well went to log back in was unable to log back in until 6:10 am PST at which time all items were gone and so were other things in the game I had before purchasing the cents because after this issue I dont thing I am going to buy more game cents from this company and they need to work on their customer service you can not get a hold of any oneDesired Settlement: I would like all the items replaced even the gifts sent to friends from purchasing the $30.00 package including gifts for 80 people in game , 2 vistas blessings 1 for my self and one for my friend META ,360 cents and gift box with items and a key . game name is [redacted] the alliance is [redacted] the server is [redacted] because after this issue I dont thing I am going to buy more game cents from this company
