Regency Apartments

I have had issues with this apartment complex since day one. I have pictures of how I was given the apartment. The property manager Cinthia F is very unprofessional and extremely nasty. I have a roach and mice infestation. Everyday I have to pick up mice feces. Trash is always left either in the hallways or in front of apartment doors. Someone recently decided to defecate in the hallway. The elevators barely work. Asking maintenance to fix an issue is a problem, when they claim to solve the issue it’s only partially solved. We are still waiting for a mailbox. We are still waiting for our kitchen floors to be replaced. This was said at the signing of the lease. I had to get on my hands and knees to clean the floors in the nasty apartment. I constantly have roaches in my clothes and shoes. I have had to throw away over 200.00 worth of food becaue the refrigerator was non working and was never reimbursed. As of today I have a leak in my partment what was said is there was a major leak since 5:00. I reached out to the emergency hotline at 5:00 and no one responded back to me I didn’t find out until 9:00 when I reached out to the office. Cinthia F decides came into my home when I first moved here and decided that it was okay to disrespect, and I quote “that’s why NOONE wants to do anything for y’all cause of your nasty *** attitude.” We had called the office on several occasion prior to that due to there being a gas leak. I had to call the fire department since Cinthia decided she didn’t want to as the issue.
