In February, I went to Regency Dental without any discomfort and my cap in a plastic bag and wanted them to glue it in as they did in the pastThe people at the SWL office are familiar that I have a limited income of $1,a month SS and unlimited medical bills due failing healthBut this time they insisted a needed a root canal at $1,which I had to put on a charge card and sent me to their other office
I waited weeks for an apt with a Dr*** on Feb 26th who was supposed to perform the root canalOne of the needles before the procedure went into my bone and I heard a crack I thought that was the reason for the pain But weeks later when I returned to the General Dentist he told me to wait until the pain stops that it sometimes takes a month or more for the roots to completely dieThey danced around with me for a couple of months and the dentist admitted that something is wrong I should not be in pain this fa

My wife and I went to Regency Dental for routine exam and cleaning that was to be covered under our Dental Insurance at NO CHARGE on 7/17/and 7/20/ We were told to go into a room to have a panoramic xray taken We were not told that this would cost an extra $for each of us to have these Panoramic xrays as opposed to standard xrays that would have been covered 100%It wasn't until months later that they sent us a bill for this EXTRA that our insurance did not cover
They had made a list of procedures my wife needed to have done on 7/21/They had a "clinical coordinator" named Shannon that was supposed to contact our insurance plan and let us know what we would be responsible for in payment for this workShe told us it would cost $which we paid, and the dental insurance would cover the restThen months later, they send a bill for amounts that were not covered with the insurance
