I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I received a check in the mail today for $from Regency Fence Company I am satisfied with with the business responseThank you for help in this matterRegards, [redacted] ***

The fence was installed in and initial complaint settled in regarding different color panel It was 3/15/that another call was made regarding the problem of the sunken post and leaning panel It was understood there was a yrgteefor labor and when we called about the repair they said they would let us know when they would be out to fix it Since then, they have responded the same in emails and cannot make contact with phone call (mailbox full)

Response taken over the phone: The business changed the plans from the original order So the wrong parts were shipped When they notified us, we ordered the right parts and I tried to contact them right away I was unable to reach them for several days When I did get a hold of them, I did offer to deliver the parts but they ended up picking them up Since then we have continued to do business and we feel the matter has been resolved

Secondly, he assured us the posts would be dug inches deep to compensate for the berm and our weather Because we never heard back from them, and needed to make vacation plans and other activities were involved, my year old husband went out there last week in the hot sun, digging up the post and the concrete himself, to reinstall the post the way it should have been done in the first place In so doing, he found the post dug down from actual ground level only one foot, which is a far cry from what he said he would do, even allowing for the berm We were willing to make allowances for bad weather and a resultant backlog, but never expected that we would hear nothing from March until nowWe just needed a definite answerAs for the faded panel from the original install, it took months for that to be resolved, which was only done after we notified Revdex.com as well We have notified Regency Fence they are no longer needed but want prospective customers to know this company does not answer phone call, emails or any other contact and certainly does not stand behind their work Very dis***ointing and certainly very frustrating!! In response to your latest inquiry, because out of necessity, we had to go ahead and fix the problem with the fence ourselves, yes, the complaint can be closed We do however, request that this complaint and the resolution be posted to the website to inform prospective customers of Regency Fence and their practices To have two problems at two different times and not have them addressed by the company until we filed the complaint with Revdex.com is not acceptable and frankly, I do not understand how the company still rates an A- status We have notified Regency Fence that they are no longer needed and will certainly never recommend this company due to their lax business dealings Extremely dis***ointed that they did not even acknowledge the true situation and instead tried to slant the issue in their favorTotally unacceptable

Received call from business and spoke with Liz stating that they have made all repairs even though they were not responsible for damage The business has tried to contact the consumer with no response

Received response from business stating that the materials that was sent was incorrect and they were told that new materials will be in next week and they will put it in as soon as they can It is warranted and we will repair It's a very busy time of the year and we will it to it as
soon as possible

When we originally installed the fencing for the customer we told them that it was not advised to put it on a berm. The customer said that it would be fine and that's where they wanted the fence to go. We have not ignored the customers; When the customers one section faded, we came back and replaced it. We are doing our best in the height of our busy season to get all of our installs done, despite the mass amount of rain that we have been getting in the last few months. The customer is blaming us for their fence not being installed properly, when we originally stated that we didn't feel the customers berm was strong enough to hold the sections. We will be out to take a look and to repair, however we have to have an opening to do so. We do not like to rush repairs, we want our installers to have enough time to fully as, and fix the problem rather than a quick fix.  Thanks!  Liz P[redacted]
