I'm a member of Regency Fitness located at King Cross Rd since Mar To be honest I was not impressed with the facility as a whole from the beginningNeedless to say they have a beautiful pool which very little people useThis was my main reason for getting a year's membershipI was also attracted to their squash courts (2nd reason for my membership) of which they boast of having Two of the courts have no functioning light which renders them almost uselessThe other three have working lights, however as of May 2016, one court was rented out as a spin class and another is now rented out to what looks like a religious group for services and prayersThat now leaves one single functioning squash court for all squash members to useBack to the pool and the change roomsIf properly maintained the pool will be a thing of beauty as it boast 25Meters and no too chlorinatedThe change rooms are not cleaned as they should beI am under the impression they do not actually wash/scrub the walls of the showersA mop and a bucket is usually left in the hallway showers instead of being placed in the cleaner's room which is merely 15ft awayI DO NOT enter the shower area without feet protection/slippersIf I forgot my slipper on a particular day, I do not swimAbout the mop and bucket; I've complained a couple of times about itThe bucket was removed however the mops remainsI've also complained about the squash courts light situationI was asked to to be a little patient with them as they are working to get the lights fixtures fixedQuite often when you complains of something to the front desk staff they pretend to be clueless about the situation even thought you have brought it to their attention the very week priorOne more thing: the image of their facility on their website looks nothing like the actual facilityThey, the facility and the image portrayed on the website, are day and night of each other Do not waste your money for a membership at Regency Fitness
