service from the staff is always top-notchvery accommodating in re-scheduling my installation, they came earlier and agreed to start the same -day I requested! installer was very thorough, and did an awesome installation of our new carpetsabsolutely LOVE the product, they choose to sell environmentally friendly and sustainable products, and virtually NO off-gassing on the carpet and underlay, unlike many other cheaply-made materials our feet are very happy!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Regency Floor Store, the sales department was very helpful and informative They also installed my hard wood and ceramic tiles The installers were very good at what they do As well as doing an amazing job they cleaned up and you would have not know they were there Thank you very much for all your decorating advise It was a pleasure
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!! I have never been treated so rude in my entire lifeThis has been a terrible experience! The installer called us himself to set up a date to install our carpet and did not show up on the date that was booked, when I called their office they had no idea and nothing booked for meThey had a 'oh well' type of attitude towards me as if me taking the day off work for them to come meant nothingThey sent me another installer the next day (forcing me to take another day off work)The company ordered the carpet but did not bother to check the product which showed up damaged! It took them another days before the carpet could be installedWhich put all of my other trades behind days alsoAfter all of the head aches I would think that they would offer some sort of compensation for my timeInstead when I spoke to the manager *** she was extremely rude! She even went as far as verbally attacking me saying I probably don't work

I refused to pay the full amount and said that I would only pay half the outstanding balance which she said was outrageous. She would not give me a reasonable amount all she kept saying was you give me a amount over and over again. In the end I got 250.00 off. I also contacted the Revdex.com and am waiting to hear back from them. They are clearly disorganized and there is a lack of communication between the management and there employees. Please people go elsewhere, just my experience.

Great store. [redacted] went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and leave no stone unturned. Very happy with her expertise in colour arrangements. Quick to answer questions and made sure we were completely satisfied with our flooring installation- and we were!
