took full length furs to be cleaned, repaired and glazed to Regency furs in April of this year It took visits and calls to get them back, the repairs were not completed as requested, there was no sign of the furs being cleaned/glazed and the coats all smelled musty when I got them back I spent nearly $for these services and am extremely disappointed that Ill have to take them elsewhere to have the work finished satisfactorily Beware of this business doing everything promised and check around for referrals before you entrust your valuable furs to this furrier

A friend and myself put a number of fur items on consignment with Regency Furs in June, We have contacted them on a few occasions to see if the items had sold, which they had not Recently, my friend started contacted the owner, Keith L***, to speak with him about the items and arranging to pick them up Most of the time he was busy and would call her back, which he didn't In early June, 2016, she attempted to contact the store and the phone # was disconnected She called the business next door and they indicated he had vacated the premises and there was a sign on the door that he had lost his lease On June 13, 2016, I began emailing with MrL***, requesting a time and a place where we could pick our items up He asked that I give him a few days to make the arrangements I have repeatedly emailed him, and called his home, but as of today, he has been uncooperative in arranging to return the items to us I will be filing a complaint with Revdex.com, as well as take further action....either contacting the authorities or one of the local TV stations
