Booking.com (with whom he made a reservation with), it turns out that Mr*** did not cancel the reservation, yet I still refunded the money backMr*** was notified that making claims is a crime, per Florida Statute I am allowed to reclaim monies owed to the business, with the assistance of booking.comBut it would be a pure waste of my time to get attorneys involved for such a small amountIt is not my fault Mr*** did not want to follow the rules set forth by the hotel and Booking.comThere is no contract between Satchitanand LLC and the Better Businesses Bureau or Northeast Florida (Revdex.com) stating that I must give the Revdex.com a response to any complaint against the businessI directly handled this with the complaintantThere is nothing signed by any one of the partners or managing members, authorizing you to post publicly that we did not responded to the complaintantIf such things are posted publicly, anywhere, a defamation of character suit with followPlease simply confirm that this email has been received by the appropriate department.
