I placed an order online for a BMW hooded sweater. It was supposed to be delivered to my house but I never received the package. I have already placed an investigation with UPS, and they indicated they could not find the package; they also stated they would reimburse me for this but that [redacted] would have to file a claim.
I'm not sure who dropped the ball on this but [redacted] stated the information for reimbursement was sent in July 3rd.
