[They did NOT send us anything on the charges in the mail with copies of proof for each charge as they are required to do by lawI have pictures of everything sent to usAs well as what was on the resident portalWhich does NOT give copies receipts showing proof costsThere was no proof given in their pictures of supposed claims of holes in the wall in the dining areaWhich there wasn't any in any wall at allThe only hole in that place was the one made by their maintenance man in our downstairs bathroom ceilingThe hole we had to live with for 3-months and was only going to be taken care of after we moved outWe should NOT be paying for the carpet or whatever new flooring might have gone in since many were not getting carpet in them anymore for the next residents to move intoWe should NOT be paying for the paint for the next residents eitherThey know of the paint issues with it peeling and that was all the issues we hadAs every apartment there has over timeThey did NOT do a preliminary walkthrough as was requested and set up either so that any issues that were supposedly there could be dealt with before we moved outThe laws in California state this was suppose to be done to give us the chance to fix any issues they said were thereThe law also states when the full security deposit is not returned charges are suppose to be sent with the returned part of the security deposit along with copies of receipts by mail or in person within days of move out dateAll we got was the checks as shown in the picturesI also had to ask what was going onWe had to ask about our security deposit because they did NOT give us the statements on their ownEverything on the resident portal is just they took money for carpet, paint, water, trash, sewer, kitchen counter tops and the costs of each but nothing more or any explanations with themAlong with pictures of peeling paint and a few stains on the carpet that we tried to get outWe have yet to see proof of any hole they claimed was there or issues from a wall mountI attached pictures of the peeling paint in the dining area and where the wall mount had been on the wall which even from the side you can see there was no issues with the wall.]

Resident claims to not have received the SODA that was mailed to her We also communicated to her that she can view this on our online portal with photos supporting charges Email'd response with explanation of charges was sent to the resident as wellStandard charges applied to the
resident's deposit which included the following:Carpet replacment- Pro-rated based off year life span Last changed 7/23/12Paint - $for hours of paint + gallons of paint We only charged partial the time spent painting this sqft Townhome Actual time can range hours plus.Janitorial Cleaning - $standard chargesCounter top - $Credited back to the resident due to dispute on damages

We have sent the statement and her refund of $(deducted for apartment cleaning and utility charges)

The resident has signed a release agreement for the roof leak and was only charged minimal move out fees including apartment cleaning and utility charges up until 7/22/2016 when the apartment was vacated. This corresponds with our original response and is our final and formal stance in the matter.

I'm owed compensation for the tow of my car from the area they designated for loading and unloading our moving vehicles. ($212) I'm also not satisfied with the deductions made on my deposit. They are also claiming I'm responsible for SCE bills after my date of move out which are their obligation to pay. ($50.20)They owe me a credit of $91 for electric bills they also racked up in my unit during my roof leak. They only reimbursed $10 of that amount and I've been disputing it since February 2016.
