Review: Won a firearm via online auction. When the item wasn't delivered to the designated FFL dealer, I contacted Regency Pauley at the requested number. I was initially provided the direct number for the person responsible for shipments. He provided me with a tracking number. Once I started trying to identify the location of my shipment, I then requested, repeatedly, filing a non-delivery report with the U.S. Postal Service. I have received no follow-up from the company regarding my request for shipment. Additionally, the item was insured for shipment for only 200.00, while the auction price was $240.00.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As of 11/13/2013, I have neither received the original product won in the auction, nor have I been offered compensation in lieu of the missing item. To their credit, [redacted] has contacted me via telephone last Friday, and indicated that they were working on getting the package tracked via USPS, and that he would contact me on Thursday, 11/14/2013 for an updated status on my complaint. I do not consider this matter resolved until either I have received the item originally won in the auction (preferred), or compensation for the missing item.Regards,[redacted]
