Good morning, We have been in several times to get the issue fixedWhen we think we have resolved the issue, the ac leaks againI've been in the apt twiceThe first time was to look at the problemThey had boxes full stuffI did let them know that roaches are attracted to paper and clutter and suggested totesThey also had sheets on the floor with throw up in themI let them know to go ahead and put them in a plastic bag in the mean timeI went it the second time about a week to weeks later and they still had all those boxes and sheets on the floorI did call [redacted] to go in the exterminate every time they calledResident did let me know he wanted to wait until ac was fixed to get carpet shampooedThe leak has been fixed, ac is working and I did send the [redacted] to shampoo their carpet and was not able to do it because their stuff was all over the floorI have attached a few of our notes on the work order for youIf you have any questions please call me or email me Thank you, [redacted] ###-###-####
