Rude customer support and not willing to be understanding!Worst experience of my life! Not only was I stuck in a snow storm and wrecked my car, but I had to stay at this horrible hotel for only 3 hours. The guy at check in was rude and did not care about anything except taking my money. Without going into details, I have never been treated so poorly at such a nasty and cheap hotel. I would expect it from a fancy hotel but not from this dump. Save your money and go down the street. I did complain and again only stayed for a couple hours, but was told I could not have any money back or barely an apology Desired SettlementI was not looking for something for free but just to meet a customer half way. Like I said, they don care about the customer just the pocketbook. Business Response [redacted] checked into our hotel on 2/12/2013, the day of the horrible snow and ice storm that hit Raleigh. She stayed at the hotel for about 4-5 hours before someone came to pick her up. While she was checking out I explained to her that we could not issue her a refund since she had already occupied the room. She seemed satisfied with the response and told us that she just wanted to notify us that she was checking out. Once we reached capacity that night we had to turn away several people that were literally walking to our hotel from where ever they left their vehicles at on the road that night.

Stayed at the hotel from March 31st-April 2nd with no hot water. Notified staff multiple times, but the issue wasn't resolved. Would like a refund.Confirmation Code: [redacted]Payment Method: Credit CardRoom #[redacted]Dates 3/31/16-4/2/16I stayed at the Regency Suites on March 31st, April 1st, and April 2nd. Before arrival, I was not notified that the hotel was under construction. When I checked in to my room around 8:30pm on March 31st, I planned to take a shower but there was no hot water. I decided to not take a shower that evening because the water was cold. I notified the front desk employee the next morning at around 11am. The employee then called a maintenance worker, who said that they would check on the hot water as soon as possible. When returning from lunch at around 1pm, I checked on the progress of the water, and was dismayed that it still had not been taken care of. I decided to return to the front desk to explain that I had an important event that day (sister-in-law's wake) and that I needed to take a shower by 3:30pm. When 3:30pm came, I tried to run the water again, but was surprised that when turning the faucet - the water wasn't coming out at all - not hot or cold. I desperately needed to take a shower, but didn't have anywhere else to go. I returned to the front desk to ask what was going on. The staff member responded that they were working on the water issue, but I didn't have time to wait around so I decided to leave the hotel for my sister-in-law's wake without taking a shower. I returned from the wake on April1st at around 9pm. I was looking forward to taking a shower, because I assumed that the staff would've taken care of the water issue while I was away. However, when turning on the facet the water was cold. I went to the front desk to discuss the issue for the 4th time with one of the staff members. This staff member told me that I should leave the faucet on for about a half an hour to see if the hot water would come out. Following this conversation, I returned to my room to test out this method. I left my faucet running for an hour that night, and the water never got hot. I felt worn out from the day's events so I decided to go to bed after this. On April 2nd I knew that I had to check-out by 11am. I decided to visit the front desk at 10:30am to explain to one of the staff members how disappointed I was with the service. I asked for a full-refund of $150. The desk clerk said he wouldn't be able to issue a refund, but said that he could call a manager. The clerk tried to contact the manager during this time, but wasn't able to reach him. I gave the clerk my cell phone number and asked that the manager call me. To this day, April 12th 2016, the manager has not contacted me. Instead, I have contacted the Regency Suites numerous times requesting that I speak to a manager. The staff members always tell me that the manager is not in and request that I give them my phone number to have the manger call me back. Due to the poor service I received during my stay from March 31st-April 2nd, I would like to receive a full $150 refund. Desired SettlementI would like a refund of $150.
