Review: I contracted with Regency Transportation to provide bus service for my daughters wedding, when the bus arrived the bathroom smelled terribly. I spoke with the driver he said that 'the bus went out from the garage unsanitized'- it was not in working condition in direct violation of my contract. The driver said that it was too late and could not do anything about it. We were forced to use this foul smelling bus to take the wedding party to the church. I called the company several times that evening- they did not return my calls.

I conatacted the [redacted] (**) he never rturned my call. I paid them $2,200 for this service and they sent out a bus that left the garage with a bathroom that was not working properly.

I have since emailed the company and have gotten no response.Desired Settlement: Refund my $2,200

Review: I needed a Karaoke bus for a trip. Their website, [redacted] videos claim that the buses are equipped with working Karaoke machines. I called to confirm the bus I reserved had Karaoke. I questioned the type and to see if I needed to bring CD's or not. I was told no, the songs are programmed in the device.

The bus shows up and all my plans are ruined because the bus does NOT have a working Karaoke machine as promised. The driver calls dispatch to let them know I am unhappy. I call the next day, no response. I call back two more times and finally almost a week later, someone returns the call.

I expect some money back since the product was not delivered as promised and it ruined all of my plans for this trip.Desired Settlement: $200 refund
