To Whom it may concern,Thank you for your responseID [redacted] , customer [redacted] ***'s email address has been removed from all of our EMR systems as well as our Eblast site so they should not be receiving emails or correspondence from us anymore She was last seen years ago and unless she told us to remove her email we would not have done that on our own We did however just change our EMR system which is what I see is the email she received That is an automated email that went out to all of our patients when we did the switch We didn't personally send this email, the EMR system did right when we switched systems without our knowledge Like I said in my previous letter on May 7th, we have removed her email address from all of our systems so she should no longer be receiving anything I hope this can resolve the matter as it should no longer be an issue.Kelli M [redacted] Executive Director###-###-####

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  This is a different response than the response that the business provided when you said they had addressed the issue in my complaint and you closed the complaint.  I did not think that they had addressed the issue and expressed my dissatisfaction with the fact that you were going to state that my issue had been addressed by the business.  The original response they provided suggested that the email did not come from their system and may have come from a company they named as [redacted], which they claimed was not affiliated with them.  My response provided a copy of the email that I received which clearly showed that the email did come from them, not [redacted].  Regardless, now they acknowledge that an auto email was issued when they changed systems and that is what I received, which makes much more sense.  This definitely addressed my issue.  Thank you for sending me this subsequent communication from the business.
